At Golden Music & Art's Victory | GMAV, we prioritize fairness and transparency in all aspects of our operations, including the selection of our competition jury. In alignment with these values, we have implemented a competitive selection process to ensure that only qualified, impartial, and experienced professionals are chosen as jury members. This approach fosters trust among participants while giving talented professionals a unique opportunity for career development. Jury members will be compensated for their contributions based solely on their expertise.

The jury selection process consists of two key stages, each designed to ensure that candidates meet the highest standards. After passing the first stage, applicants must successfully complete the second stage to be considered for a position on the jury. Candidates who fail to pass both stages will not be included.

Please note that the selection criteria are fixed and non-negotiable, ensuring the utmost integrity of the process. Each jury is consist of a minimum of six and a maximum of ten members, chosen based on their qualifications. This process guarantees that only the best-suited professionals will evaluate the competition entries.

Once you have read and agreed to the conditions, you may proceed to the next step, where you will be presented with the full details of the selection procedure, rules, and obligations. Following confirmation, you will be able to fill out the application for the first stage. After the first stage is completed, successful applicants will receive an email from the committee with their results and instructions on proceeding to the second stage.
